We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We hope you love everything you order, but if you don't, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

If anything is damaged in shipping or lost, please let us know right away so we can find a solution.  Typically if something is damaged and you send us a photo, we get a replacement in the mail ASAP.

We're not a corporation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.  Obviously if you bought online and provide us your name etc, we can verify it on our end. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any used item or body butter due to the nature of the product, or custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items).

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
